The Biggest Weight Loss Hoax Yet!

 

It seemed like a dieter’s god-send – all the foods you loved to eat, without that nasty fat that was depositing itself in unattractive formations on various parts of your body.  If only it were all true…

When food manufacturers took out fat from snack foods, they needed to put something else in its place, since fat supplies flavor.  The answer – SUGAR. 

 

Low-fat foods are the worst hoax ever perpetrated on the weight-conscious consumer

 

They are actually worse for you than their full-fat cousins! 

 

Why?  By taking out the fat, these snack foods don’t provide the same degree of satiety (feeling of fullness), so you end up eating a far greater volume of food. 

 

Not only do you end up consuming a greater number of calories, but the impact all that sugar has on your insulin level is disastrous. 

 

By skyrocketing your insulin level, low-fat snack foods trigger fat storage big time, and due to the inevitable drop in blood sugar that follows elevated insulin levels, you get hungry again! 

 

Study after study has shown that consumption of low-fat foods actually results in greater body fat levels than their higher fat counterparts! 

 

The stark reality of fat loss is this: there are some sacrifices you will have to make in order to support a fat loss environment in your body. 

 

But… if you must cheat, don’t eat fat-free/reduced fat foods.
